The unique feature of this project is in the offering that is untypical for the Russian commercial real estate market where in one building one can find business, leisure and wellness opportunities together. In addition to this, a unique architecture-archaeological study was conducted by the renown Russian architectural institute MARKHI helped the company to recover fragments of historical and architecture value. Sculptural details of the building were fully restored based on this research.
