Vadim Mokhov - Executive ChairmanMr. Mokhov is the Executive Chairman of the Status Group of Companies. The Group is mainly involved in Real Estate development and Investments and is perceived as is a leading niche quality developer with over 20-years experience. The Group activities today extend in Real Estate Development, Information Technology, Property Services and Large Mixed Use Developments. The founder of the Group is also the co-founder of Stack Group, the largest data network business in Russia today. The Group has started out in 1992 when the real estate agency “Status” was founded and gradually expanded in Property Services and Development. In 1998, the Group of Companies Status was formed under the steering of Mr. Mokhov and his close associates. Since then, the Group has expanded methodically in the areas of Real Estate and Investments with holdings extending across different business sectors but with land and development always representing the core business. The Group is known in the Russian market for delivering over the years a number of prestigious projects in Moscow and the Greater Moscow region including golf villa projects, commercial developments and retail & entertainment projects. Mr. Mokhov holds an Aerospace & Aeronautics degree from the Moscow Aviation Institute (1983 -1989) and a Law degree from the Moscow State Juridical Academy (2001 -2004). Mr. Mokhov is involved in various charity and philanthropy activities through the Russian Orthodox Church mainly dealing with Children Foundations. |

Natalia Nedzelskaya - Chief Operational Officer
Natalia she is the Chief Operating Officer at Status Group of companies and she is in charge of the company’s largest mixed use developments, namely Tver Marina and Spasovo Ecopolis, which are considered amongst the most exciting lifestyle developments in the country. Prior of joining Status Group, she was the New Product Development director at ECS group and spearheaded the development and launch of a series of innovative computer based educational. Natalia has also worked for over 2 decades with multinational companies including Nestle Food and Polynex group of companies both in Russia and abroad, holding senior positions in marketing, new product development and business development. Natalia received a BA in Pedagogical Methodologies and attended a series of Executive Education programs in Management, Marketing and Decision and Negotiations. She is fluent in English and her personal interests are in the area of spiritual development and Klikovo monastery support. |

Igor Esin - Head of Property Services CompanyMr. Esin works in STATUS since the beginning of its foundation. Currently he is the head of the property services company within. STATUS group of companies and this company serves all properties developed and managed by the group.
Igor is a CPM «Certified Property Manager» and IREM member since 2009 and educated in Institute IERM (USA) in Russia( course of Property management) ( 2008-2009). |

Andrew Skoptsov - Real Estate Agency “Status” - Director GeneralMr. Skoptsov joined real estate agency “Status” in 1996 after completing the course of professional real estate specialists and having gained an extensive experience as a real estate agent he reached a position of the company department head.
In 2002 Mr. Skoptsov becomes a chief of the real estate agency sales department and since February 2009 he is its General Director.
