The Group has started out in 1992 when the real estate agency "Status" was founded and gradually expanded in Property Services and Development. In 1998, the Group of Companies Status was formed under the steering of Mr. Vadim Mokhov and his close associates. Since the the Group has expanded methodically in the areas of Real Estate and Investments with holdings extending across different business sectors but with land and development always representing the core business.
The Group is known in the Russian market for delivering over the years a number of prestigious projects in Moscow and the Greater Moscow region including golf villa projects, commercial developments and retail & entertainment projects.
